CMOS Dental Detectors – outstanding X-ray images for dental imaging

The Pluto dental detectors are available in two sizes. Pluto Size 1 and Size 2 are digital, intraoral sensors and have a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 20 μm. The CsI scintillator of the sensors ensures optimal resolution. The detectors feature an ergonomic design with smooth edges, rounded corners and a flexible cable for maximum patient comfort.

An easy-to-use high-speed USB interface allows easy connection to a PC without the need for an additional control unit.

The sensor used is an easy-to-use X-ray detector with cable. This is dust and waterproof (comparable to IP68).

The integrated dicomPACS^®DX-R acquisition software is easy to operate via a touch screen or laptop and adapts to the user's workflow. The X-ray images are available with almost no release delay and convince with the highest quality.

Acquisition and diagnostic software for X-ray images

At the heart of each Medici system is the dicomPACS^®DX-R acquisition and diagnostic software with the integrated X-ray positioning guide developed by OR Technology.

The software controls X-ray generators and X-ray units of various manufacturers, providing a smooth and structured workflow. A simple and user friendly GUI (graphical user interface), operated by touchscreen or mouse, completes the system.

The professionaldicomPACS^®DX-R image processing can be adapted to individual user needs and offers outstanding image quality in human and veterinary medicine. It has been specially developed to enable organ specific viewing quality optimisation, guaranteeing the highest quality of X-ray images.
