Sales Manager (m/f/x) Medical Technology – Imaging Systems (Eastern Europe)
We are now looking for an experienced and motivated team member to support our team as Sales Manager (m/f/x) in Eastern Europe.

What you will do
- Build, expand, and manage a strong distributor and partner network across Eastern Europe.
- Advise distributors and key accounts on our mobile and stationary X-ray, CT, ultrasound devices, and imaging software – with technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting.
- Develop local sales strategies, tenders, and promotional activities to strengthen our market presence.
- Represent OR Technology at regional conferences, trade fairs, and customer events.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and contribute actively to our international growth strategy.
What we would like
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the medical device sector – ideally in imaging systems (X-ray, CT, or related technologies).
- Strong experience in building and managing distributor networks in Eastern Europe.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English - knowledge of Russian, Polish, Czech or other Eastern European languages is desirable.
- Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently from a home office, with frequent travel across the region.
